Q) What is the Rain Check policy?
A) Each club has it's own reasonable policy for issuing rain checks. You may be offered a time outside the VIP parameters or re-booked based on available VIP tee times.

Q) I booked a tee time using my blackberry and could not print a receipt. Is this a problem?
A) The golf course should have your tee time information that was sent to them directly. However, it is strongly suggested that you bring your print out, if you have one, in case of interrupted email service to club.

Q) Will the golf course have access to my private information?
A) As per our agreement with the course. They may ask name and address when signing in. You may be mailed notifications about membership opportunities and future promotions from the course.

Q) May I contact the course directly?
A) Only calls to the pro shop are permitted, for 2 reasons.
1) To confirm course playability in the event of inclement weather.
2) To notify the course of inability to be on time for scheduled tee time.

Q) What if we are running late?
A) Always call the pro shop if you can not make your scheduled tee time. They will fit you in to another time slot if available. If the course is busy, you may have to start play on a subsequent hole. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to tee time.

Q)The course canceled play on our scheduled day. How do we reschedule?
A) If you are at the course, the pro shop will be able to reschedule. If you are at home please contact VIP for rescheduling.

Q) Where can I find directions to a VIP course?
A) Our web site has a course information page that has a travel map that you could print. There is also a direct link to the course web site where you may find additional travel directions.

Q) Will food and beverage be available at the course?
A)In most cases yes. However, some private facilities work on a cashless system and may not be able to offer food and beverage to non-members. Always read the "amenities" tab on course listing page.
