How It Works.
VIP is a brand new opportunity for New York Tri-State Area Golfers to play a growing number of Private Golf
Courses. Registered golfers have exclusive access to play private golf courses by using our online tee time system. Each PRIVATE course has set aside a limited number of tee times for our members. To play these courses simply start by selecting a tee time from our system. You will be guided through the VIP registration process on your first tee time booking. Once registered you will be issued a user ID and password for future bookings.
How it works - Golf VIP members well be able to select tee times from each course's available tee time menu. Tee times will be available up to 2 weeks in advance with a cut-off time of midnight on the evening prior to play. Payment for tee times will be made online, at time of booking. You will receive an email confIrmation of the completed transaction which you should print and present to the course at time of play.
Rules of Use:
- # of players: We will only book tee times for 2, 3 or 4 players, no singles.
- Terms Of Play -
Each course has indicated their own "Terms of Play" that must be strictly observed. VIP members and their guests must respect the terms of play and conduct themselves in a courteous manor. It is a privilege to play these courses; their continued participation depends on the proper conduct of our membership.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled 2 full business days prior to tee time.
- Please plan to arrive at course 20 minutes prior to tee time.
- Rain Check Policy:
Each club will have its own policy for deciding when a rain check will be issued. In this instance, VIP members are encouraged to call the pro shop in the event of rain.
- We recommend that you don't contact the courses directly other than to confirm course playability in the case of inclement weather. Our contacts with the club and scheduling information may not be readily accessible and we do not wish to burden the club with calls from non-members.
